Focused Family Services Community Health Center is an organization that specializes in guided therapy sessions for patients in need of assistance navigating life’s most stressful moments. We’re committed to helping our community by providing caring, impactful counseling sessions that are intended to promote healing and overall mental wellness. Founded in 2013 by Chief Executive Officer Kulinda D. Rollins, she and her team strive to unlock the potential and happiness of all patients they work with. Their reach in the community is and continues to be one of power, success, and hope. Focused Family Services Community Health Center has helped countless families, couples and individuals work through real issues and regain optimism towards life. We proudly serve the Phoenix, AZ community and surrounding area.

Kulinda D. Rollins

Kulinda D. Rollins

Chief Executive Director

Kulinda is our Chief Executive Officer. She is an innovative leader who is responsible for the executive operations and strategic growth of Focused Family Services. Kulinda has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Mental Health. She is highly skilled in Event Planning, Customer Service, Coaching, Entrepreneurship, and Team Building. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from California State Dominguez Hills University.

Kulinda is highly passionate about helping underprivileged and underserved individuals.

Kimberly Davidson

Kimberly Davidson, LMSW, MPA

COUNSELING TEAM LEAD

Kim runs our IOP and Outpatient Substance Abuse groups in addition to her regular counseling caseload. She has been in the behavioral health field for over a decade, in such areas as working with those without shelter at the Lodestar Day Resource Center, running the family dining room at St. Vincent de Paul, assisting those diagnosed with blood cancers at the Arizona Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, running a heat respite program during the brutal Phoenix summers for those without shelter, and working with those in substance use treatment at various clinics around the valley (both inpatient and outpatient) including Calvary Healing Center, The River Source, and most recently, Community Medical Services. She is a U.S. Air Force veteran. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s of Social Work degree. In 2014, also at ASU, Kim earned a double Master’s of Social Work and Master of Public Administration degrees. She’s also taught at her alma mater.

Kim is open about her own mental health struggles and addictions, which led her to the counseling field. “My goal as a counselor is to help guide people as other people guided me by being along for their journey”.

In her free time, Kim enjoys cooking for family and friends, volunteering with community organizations including Free Mom Hugs and the Social Work Student Organization at ASU’s School of Social Work, reading a wide variety of topics, watching true crime documentaries, and most importantly, being a mother to two adult daughters.

Joshua Johnson

Having been in the field of behavioral health and counseling for 10 years I can understand that we all experience trauma and severe life stressors’ that leave us feeling stuck and hopeless. Your crisis maybe a breakup, depression, relationship issues, anxiety, chronic illness, or something that is so overwhelming you are struggling with life. Often times we hold ourselves in bondage to the choices we have made. I believe some of life’s most difficult experiences lead us to our greatest growth. I will give you the tools to move forward from past attachments that seem to keep you stagnate in your life. We will work to find what will bring you true happiness and stop the suffering you may feel.

I have experience with teens, adults, couples, and families. I am a holistic counselor using a person-centered approach in treatment. I understand how to guide you through the healing process by treating the whole person, mind-body, and spirit. I am excited to work with you and develop the tools you need to find balance in your life.

Treatment modalities primarily used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychoeducation, and a Person-centered, Strength-based Approach. Specialties: Trauma/PTSD, Grief/Loss, Perinatal Mental Health (During Pregnancy & Postpartum), Fertility Issues, LGBTQA Issues, Cultural differences among African American Families, Marriage & Family Issues, Behavioral Health Coping for their friends & Families and Military Families and Veterans.

Martha Andujo

CASE MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

Martha is our Case Management Supervisor and has been with us for many years. Martha has her Associate’s Degree in Early Child Development. She started her career back in many years ago as a Preschool Teacher and moved on to Administrative Assistant in education. Martha has exceptional communication skills, and has a great deal of experience in supervising others. Martha is also bilingual to assist with our Spanish speaking population. Martha’s focus is to provide consistency and continuity of care to all of our members. Martha continues to attend many hours of clinical supervisions and trainings and is always very quick to assist other team members in whatever is needed, as well as offer sound advice that can directly benefit our members.

In Martha’s spare time, she enjoys cooking, movies and traveling, and also spending plenty of time with her children and grandchildren.

Frank Rodriguez

REHAB SERVICES TEAM LEAD

Frank Rodriguez is a Rehab Specialist with 5 years of experience. Frank specializes in assisting clients with basic living and social skills. Frank is inspired by his three kids and girlfriend. In his free time Frank likes to work on personal growth with living a healthy lifestyle with eating healthy, working out and spending time with girlfriend by attending social outings.

Andrea Husky

REHAB specialist

Andrea is one of our Rehabilitation Specialist who has been with the company since May 2018. She has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare field and is committed to serving and helping all her clients accomplish their goals. Prior to being employed with Focused Family Services, she worked as a caregiver at a retirement home. She has always been passionate about helping those who are in need. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, she uses a variety of approaches and interventions to promote recovery within a site based program as well as provide successful community experiences. Provide individualized support and skill teaching in the community to promote new role development. Assist individuals in gaining access to needed medical, social, residential, financial and other services appropriate for the individual.

Andrea is big on family and loves spending time with her two daughters (14 & 19), husband (married 11 years, together 20 years), and her dog Chloe (6 years old). She loves to travel, read, do DIYs, and makeup.

Hello everyone my name is Janae Coleman. I am a rehab specialist at Focused Family Services and I’ve been working for Focused Family for a while now and I enjoy helping individuals grow and become the best them possible.

Anita Chavez

RECEPTIONIST

Anita Chavez has been running our Community’s Health Center’s front desk since May of 2018. She brings over 11 years of administrative experience and her most enjoyable part of being in behavioral health is watching our clients grow. Her favorite part of her position is to bring “friendliness and professionalism to all of the clients and families” that enter our doors every day. Anita is always happy to assist others and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

In her spare time, Anita enjoys creating beautiful DIY craft projects, traveling and exploring, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Her favorite way to spend time is making memories with her kids and grandchildren, including her grand dog Felicia.

D'Neil Martinez

D’Neil Martinez

BILLING SPECIALIST

D’Neil comes from an extensive background in behavioral health billing. She has worked in clinics providing Outpatient as well as Inpatient services, as well as in Urgent Care Psychiatric centers. She enjoys the behavioral health setting very much. D’Neil has over 7 years of behavioral health billing as well as insurance and eligibility experience.

In her personal life, D’Neil is a very busy mom to her beautiful daughter. D’Neil is also a dog mom to the cutest French Bulldog named Gordy. She also enjoys having date nights with her Boyfriend. In her down time, she’s a homebody who loves to catch up on the many shows she watches. She’s also slightly addicted to makeup and Starbucks.
